About Axius Construction Management

Gary Soultanian founded Axius in 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA emphasizing Investment and Portfolio Management from Arizona State University. He served as Chair of the City of Phoenix District 2&3 Development Planning Committee and the Fire and Homeland Security Bond Sub-committee.

Axius is a Construction Project Management company providing services including: New Commercial and Residential Construction, Construction Management Services, Site Management Services, and Lender Funds Control and Inspections. Our team is also experienced in Land Acquisition, Entitlement and Planning, and Land Development. There are many decisions that must be made when it comes to construction projects. One of the biggest decisions that must be made is who will you contract with to help you complete your project.  Critical to success is keeping the project on the appropriate timeline. Delays can cause finance issues that result in cost increases, change orders, or sub-contractor delays. Axius works closely with principles and stakeholders by constantly communicating the next steps to address dynamics before they become a problem.
